HOW TO ORDER

ORDER ONLINE through our secure online shopping cart.  You will get an immediate email after you place your order with a confirmation and paid invoice.  You will also receive another email when it is shipped with a tracking number.  IF YOU DO NOT SEE AN EMAIL AFTER YOU ORDER, CHECK YOUR SPAM or JUNK MAIL FOLDER!!!  WHEN WE SHIP, A SEPARATE EMAIL WILL COME WITH TRACKING.  IF YOU DON'T SEE THE FIRST ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL, YOU'LL NEVER SEE THE SHIPMENT TRACKING EMAIL, EITHER.

We are available by phone 7 days a week, 9am - 7pm PACIFIC TIME.  Email is available during and outside of these hours for any questions.  Call us at  530-647-6521 and we can take your order by phone with all major credit cards, or reserve an item for sending a check.  

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards, Pay Pal, and bank transfer payments.  Please contact us for payment details on Bank Wire payments.  Wire transfers are accepted only on orders over $500 and must be made net of any bank fees on our side and in U.S. dollars.  WIRE TRANSFER is required on items over $10,000 for purchases unless other arrangements are made.

If you are in the United States and you wish to pay by check or money order, contact us to have your order held for 7 days awaiting your payment.  Please make payments payable to "TIME VAULT GALLERY".  Mail payment to:  TIME VAULT ART, PO BOX 17, DIAMOND SPRINGS, CA  95619, USA.  Payment by personal or company checks must clear our bank PRIOR to shipment.  We do NOT hold items for mailed payments during the months of November or December due to the rush of the holiday season.

SHIPPING

Rest assured that we have been a commercial shipper for over 25 years and know how to pack and ship to avoid damage.  Our default methods of shipping for domestic orders are US Priority Mail and UPS.  Delivery times are ESTIMATED.  Because of this, shipping times, even Express, are NOT guaranteed nor are shipping costs refundable.  On most orders, we usually require a signature on the shipment to document delivery and prevent the parcel from being left on a porch and stolen.

DUE TO REGIONAL AND GLOBAL VARIABLES, DELIVERY TIMES CAN BE HIGHER THAN THIS.  PLEASE INQUIRE IF TIME IS CRITICAL

  • 3 - 4 days is typical for domestic U.S. orders
  • 14 - 21 days is typical for international orders outside the U.S.
  • Express shipping available

Large art shipments may require custom crating.  If this applies, we will contact you after you place your order to inform and collect these additional expenses prior to shipment.

All international shipment taxes, duties, tariffs and any customs fees incurred by the receipt of an order are the sole responsibility of the customer.  If an item is returned due to the customer refusing to claim a delivery or pay these fees, then we deduct shipping and packing charges, and your balance is usable for future store credit only, not refundable. The same goes for domestic shipments.  Items returned unclaimed will have postage and packing costs deducted and the original payment remaining can only be used for store credit.

RETURN POLICY

We cannot emphasize enough that your happiness and satisfaction is our NUMBER 1 priority!  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, PLEASE reach out to us and let us know how we can make your experience 100% positive.  If for any reason you wish to return an item, our policy is any unaltered items can be returned within 14 days of the invoice date for a complete refund less all shipping, handling charges and any import, bank or merchant fees that we were charged in the course of the sale.  Returned items must be fully insured by the buyer.  Any loss or damage incurred during the item return shipping will forfeit any refund.  If shipping was delayed or the item was a gift and the date goes beyond that, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue to your total satisfaction.  Please note that no merchandise will be accepted without prior return authorization by us which can be obtained by contacting us before returning the order.  Orders shipped back to us without prior communication and authorization will be refused and the sale considered final.  We NEVER charge any ridiculous restocking fee and your money will be refunded, not held hostage for store credit.  

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

While we are famous for our packing skills, unfortunately, we cannot control the shipment's handling once an item leaves us.  In the unlikely event a shipment arrives damaged, it is imperative to keep ALL packing material and boxes that the item was shipped in and we must be notified immediately of the damage.  These materials are needed in order to file an insurance claim with the carrier.  Without the original packing material and box, the carrier will not allow a claim to be filed and no reimbursement or exchange can be made by us to you.

SALES TAX

Sales tax only charged on California residents at the rate of their local jurisdiction.  No sales tax is charged for residents outside of California, U.S.A..
